Vince Scacchitti

Previous supply chain consulting firm experience

Prior to co-founding eXegy, Vince was a senior manager with a supply chain consulting firm working in procurement and supply chain transformation. In the three years Vince worked there, he was responsible for the design, development and deployment of training and education for clients. Vince has also worked with clients to transition the traditional classroom-based approach to a blended learning model.

In 2002, one of his global training programs, the Professional Procurement Competence Program, was recognized by ASTD and received an "Excellence in Practice" Citation.

Vince has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in change management, creative problem solving and team development within major international organizations including:

• IDV (part of Grand Met, PLC)
• UDV.

He led his teams in developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies that reduced the cost of goods and enhanced brand image, equity and profitability. He was also successful in achieving significant improvements in overall supplier performance in HACCP environments through the development and implementation of Supplier Relationship Management programs.

Vince has a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts and Printing from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and Masters degrees in Business Science and Business Administration in International Business from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
